We don't have a toll free number for support. We don't need one we're local. When you need system support on site we can usually get a technician at your site within one business day. We can provide after hours support for upgrades and installations so your business isn't down during the day. If you need terminal services and don't need Exchange the you can go with Windows Standard server. If you need both then SBS 2008 with a virtual Windows Standard server would be a good solution. This would give you one physical computer running both operating systems.
